PREM KUMAR

Prem is a Fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI), holds Diploma in Information Systems Audit (DISA) from ICAI and also holds a bachelor’s degree in commerce.

He has an experience of over Ten (10) years in the field of Taxation, Assurance, Business Set Up Services, Financial Process Outsourcing and Information System audits. 

He has rich experience across the industry with core areas of expertise in: 

• Advisory in matters involving Income Tax, GST/VAT/Service Tax including carrying out Audits as required under the statute.

• Advising businesses with tax structuring and effective tax planning.

• Providing business start-up service including setting up the processes for entities 

• Representing clients for tax assessment proceedings of Income Tax, VAT/Service tax matters

• Secretarial compliances and handling matters with MCA

• Certifications for project financing, due diligence and project appraisals.

• Statutory and tax audit of nationalized and private banks
