PRASHANTH VELLANKI

Prashanth is a Fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He has an honors degree in Commerce from Shri Ram College of Commerce, New Delhi and a diploma in Information systems audit. He is a Certified Internal Auditor, Fraud Examiner and also holds a Certificate in International Financial Reporting from ACCA, UK.

Prior to being one of the founding members of ProLead, he has worked with Grant Thornton, a leading financial advisory firm. He was part of their Audit and Assurance team, based in Bangalore where he handled a multitude of listed and unlisted clients.

• Carrying out audits and reporting procedures including compliance with Clause 41, Schedule III, Accounting Standards and Other GAAP requirements as applicable

• Assessment and reporting on Internal controls, Process Reviews, SOX testing, IFC reporting and Fraud detection

• Business Set up Services and Startup Advisory
