Ajay is a Fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and also holds a graduate degree in commerce.

Ajay has over ten years of experience in Public Accounting, Assurance and Taxation services having previously worked with Grant Thornton and MS Rama Rao & Associates in their Bangalore and Hyderabad offices. Ajay has significant experience in servicing clients in the areas of Tax, Audit and Advisory services

He has experience in

• Advisory services regarding crucial planning of financial affairs so as to availing the optimum benefit of available deductions and exemptions under various Acts of Income Tax, GST

• Carrying out statutory, internal audits and review of financial statements of listed and unlisted companies

• Certifications for project financing, project appraisals, cash flow analysis, and BPI (Business process Improvement)

• Audit and other compliance procedures for trusts and societies

• Secretarial compliance audit and FEMA and RBI certifications
