KESHAV KUMAR

Keshav is an Associate member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He has an honors degree in Commerce from Shri Ram College of Commerce, New Delhi.

Keshav has started his career with Deloitte Haskins and Sells,. He was part of their Audit and Assurance team based out of Gurgaon. He has handled statutory audits, tax audits, limited review assignments of various listed and unlisted clients operating in Sugar, Telecom, IT, and Chemical industries.

Prior to joining ProLead, he has worked with Kotak Mahindra Bank in Retail Banking sector for about 5 years. He was part of credit appraisal team for sanctioning of loans. He has in depth knowledge of banking sector including project funding, financial review.

Statutory audit, internal audit, tax audit and various certifications

Advising client on impact, management, planning and compliance of both direct and indirect taxes
