IQBAL SINGH GROVER

Iqbal is a Fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and a Licentiate Company Secretary. He has secured All India Ranks in CA - Final, CA - PE II and CS - Intermediate courses. He has an Honors degree in Commerce from Shri Ram College of Commerce, New Delhi.

Iqbal has previously worked with Grant Thornton, a leading financial advisory firm and other Chartered Accountancy firms in Delhi and Amritsar. He has over ten years of experience in the areas of Taxation Advisory and Audit services.

He has experience in​

• Tax Management and advisory services to minimize and manage tax liability under Indian direct tax and indirect tax laws

• Statutory and internal audits of listed and unlisted companies

• Consulting services with respect to project financing, including, preparation of techno-economic feasibility reports and project appraisals and Business Set up Services

During the course of his career he has served companies in Technology, Construction, Health care, Education and Manufacturing sectors, ranging in size from small entrepreneurial businesses to large multinational corporations, including BSE/NSE listed clients.
