ANKIT JAIN

Ankit is an Associate member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He has an honors degree in Commerce from Shri Ram College of Commerce, New Delhi.

Ankit has previously worked with M/s. SS Kothari Mehta & Co., a leading audit, tax advisory and management consulting firm in New Delhi. He has over three years of experience in the areas of Valuations for mergers and acquisitions and Financial Advisory services.

He is experienced in

• Due diligence / valuation studies in cases of M&A / demergers

• Tax Management and advisory services to minimize and manage tax liability under Indian direct tax Laws for various assesses

• Compliance advisory in the areas of VAT including carrying out VAT audits as required by the state VAT laws

• Consulting services with respect to project financing including, preparation of techno-economic feasibility reports and project appraisals

• Audit and other compliance procedures for trusts and societies

During the course of his career he has served companies in Iron & Steel and Manufacturing Industries, ranging in size from small entrepreneurial businesses to large MNCs.
